AG! Triple Wall Reactors are fitted with a vacuum jacket and may come with or without glass ring baffles. The vacuum jacket virtually eliminates all heat losses to the atmosphere allowing the process to be monitored without frost formation on the jacket for operations under sub-zero temperatures.
AG!’s proprietary Ring Baffle Technology forces the thermal fluid in a specific path to ensure equal heat distribution while maximising the work surface area promoting even heat transfer by providing rapid temperature recovery due to endothermic or exothermic reactions quickly and efficiently while maximizing the energy provided by the temperature control unit.
A case study conducted regarding AG!’s Triple Wall Ring Baffle 60 Litre Reactor versus Competitor Standard Double Wall Jacketed 50 Litre Reactor ( Thermostat : HUBER Unistat 510w, HTF: Silicone Oil) revealed 120 minutes of time saving ( AG! 230 min vs. other :350 min (-49 deg c).
ATR ASAHI Kilo labs are loaded with features. cGMP design, Instrumentation and control, Automation and data acquisition, skid mounting are some of them. We also provide required documentation. The Kilo labs are for the small batch production needed for the experimental trials or for the small batch high value production runs.
